Hello. I made a modpack here.
The features are: about 42 new cars and 8 new tracks, most of them with edited textures, some of the original cars too. Some sort of general plot in which there are some new surprising missions and some missions last during the races, and own stories for racers. Up to 18 of them in one race by the way. Also something like police system was added.
Major gameplay change: Armor/Power/Offensive upgrades and opponent strenght growth are removed so the easiest difficulty makes both you and opponents very soft and the harderst does the opposite.
P.S.: I recommend you to pay attention to every little thing, there are gundreds of references in the modpack.

I'm giving you permission to use my cars, sight unseen. I just hope that this mod doesn't espouse totalitarian ideals or the like, because there is fuck all I could do about it in reality.

What do you know, I finally took some time to check a bit of this pack
As a whole it is very surreal, kinda surprised you didn't drop Splat Pack's Surreal Thing level in there.
A lot of cool ideas, skins, atmospheres. Not sure about some parts like that fuzzy minimap down there. A few glitches like the sky as seen down there too.
Anyway, I reckon this is old work for you now and I'm eager to see what you come up with with software C2.

Thanks, I glad you liked it, cause indeed the mod doesn't look good for me now as I think I can do better.
Just imagine, the sky of the last level isn't a bug, but a feature! To add an element of, as I saw it, craziness that intensified towards the end. Besides, it's not like any much sky is seen there anyway.
And yeah, I like SplatPack and especially the MagnaChem Disaster map for its surrealism
