Re: Screen Shots
Any of you folks been playing Forza Horizon 4? I've been making some Carma-inspired skins for it. I noticed CWR has done a bunch of really good ones too!

Re: Screen Shots
UAZ beta 4x4 for TDR2000. Any good car mods for TDR2000(non Steam version)?
Have links for the "main" 4 sites I have bookmarked but looking for more cars for C2\TDR2000. Having difficulties typing this because it is -4C (winter) here.Must get C2 up and running on my laptop with win7 pro 64-bit and d\l more cars!!!!!!! Also what happened to carmajunkies website and what happened to the files from it and the older versions of http://web.archive.org/web/200303251949 ... lod3d.net/?
Did a search but cannot find how to install skins for cars for TDR2000.Downloaded the cube skin from RoadReaction for the viper rt-10(by The Devils Arvacado http://www.lod3d.net/) but don't know how to get it to load in the game? No readme.txt included.

Re: Screen Shots
That UAZ doesn't look familiar, I read it's an old mod but I don't remember it at all
Most old big sites have been down for a while now. But we still have most of the files. The MAX-Pack features a ton of addon cars: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5405
If that's not enough for you, I can share the archives and you'll search through them on your own.
Installing BMP skins is pretty easy (might be why I didn't include a readme 17 years ago), going to just quote Dingo's little tutorial:

There are several ways to install, but this is how I install skins.
Make sure you haven't copyed the two bmp's into the skins folder yet.
Launch TDR and go to the car you downloaded the skin for. If you haven't bought the car, go to multiplayer and look for it there.
Create a new skin named exactly like the name of the skin. i.e Cube
Now, ALT-TAB and go to the skins folder for the car you just made the new skin for. In this example, if you are installing Cube, copy the ViperRT-10_Cube_N.bmp and ViperRT-10_Cube_D.bmp to the skins folder of the ViperRT and let them overwrite.
ALT-TAB back to the game, and update the skin. Now you should see the skin on the car.

Re: Screen Shots
The UAZ comes from Driven to Destruction site.Pity the TVR Tuscan advertised at the site was never released. There was version done of the UAZ for C2 but I never got it. Could share the TDR2000 copy so maybe you can upload it to your site for hosting for others to share. Thanks for the tutorial. Will back it up so I can use it and try out the custom skins in TDR2000.Interested in the archives.
Thanks.
[edit] got the skin for the Viper-RT10 to appear in-game! :D Thanks!!!!!

Here is the d\l link <--- for the UAZ for TDR2000.Enjoy.
[edit]: having played TDR2000 for a bit makes me wish I had quite a bit of $$$$ so I could get patches for C2 and TDR to run and not crash in win7 and better!

Re: Screen Shots
I'm getting back into this Total Conversion, I will hopefully finish it sooner rather than later.
