I don't have the Android so probably should butt out, but as far as I know, no you can't.
Think of it as a 'console' version. I'd like to be proved wrong so if someone has a way to mess around that'd be great.

No you can't. Formats aren't the same as C1/C2.
Data packaging is different too and it seems like there's a signature check on top of it...
