A PS3 version would be nice to have as well. Some of us don't bother with gaming PCs or Windows licenses but do have a PS3.

Because Mac & Linux are not financially viable platforms to develop a major game on. Windows is barely financially viable when compared to consoles. Multi-platform can mean just PS3 & Xbox. It doesn't even have to be on the PC at all, let alone on all 3 PC OS's, to be considered a multi-platform game.
