Hello.

Is there any chance of getting a Carma 1 and 2 (forget about TDR) in a new engine, in HD ?

I would SO love to have them in HD.

You're in luck - I hear there's a new Carmageddon game being developed. I've not been able to find a website or forum for it yet though.

I would think if they had any sense this would be already planned.

Once you have the code to build the levels and cars it only takes a small bit of work to kick out a slightly knocked down rebuild of the previous games.

Carmageddon 1 and 2 were both out on the PlayStation, so there is always a PSN re-release. Don't forget Nintendo too, both were on the n64. We also herd at e3 that they wanted to help developers to create for the WiiU.

What all of this does rely on is Carmageddon being the success it should be. I'm sure many have herd of the issues this week of a particular long term remake.

I am not a real big graphics nut, and I am insanely happy with Carma 3 like graphics.

Another reason I am not a graphics nut is that I get tired of upgrading all the time. Just a waste of my time and money.
