Those are GREAT..!
For such small models, I still think they look surprisingly detailed.
The DeGory'Un 2 in particular looks fantastic, although the contest was about creating the Eagle, which you also made, you deserve some credit for the effort of making a few more cars to show!
Is that the Suppressor in the back? :P

Thanks man, I thought they were a bit rough looking so didn't expect much love. Yeah I though the Suppressor would look awesome, but I bit off more than I could chew I think with the detail of it (with my boss in & out of the office anyway..) Here's a better pic of it. [/img]
Thanks!
Thanks!

This is my idea of the eagle. I used the Chrysler atlantic
from my car shelve. And create a eagle out of that one.
Hope it is creative enough.... At leas good enough for 3th place.
I am not arrogant, just the 3th one who really did something. :P

Some snow, spray paint, two-handed saw - and here we are!
I made it early in the 2012 year not for completition, just for fun at party.
PS. Sorry for broken language - using google translator.
Madly forward to continuing a favorite game!

Ashteroid_russia, that's is AWESOME..!
It almost looks like a mix between the Eagle MK3 and the Original Red Eagle, I love it..! The real Saw on top is a really cool touch :D I seriously love that!
@ronxx83
Sorry man, but you got to create the car as well, putting a blade on top of an existing model just won't cut i'm afraid (I mean, I guess it'll literally cut, but you know what I mean!)

That's REALLY damn cool BloodStability, creating Max (even with the new metallic hand) is a really damn cool details, and the frontal view of the eagle is my favorite shot, it looks almost spot-on!

Thanks a lot ^_^ is anyone else seeing the grainy-ness? The actual photographs don't look like that on the DeviantArt page, maybe it's just me :/MickiMatsu wrote:That's REALLY damn cool BloodStability, creating Max (even with the new metallic hand) is a really damn cool details, and the frontal view of the eagle is my favorite shot, it looks almost spot-on!

I figured i would make some sweet paper models, but looks like this guy beat me to it, like, exactly the same thing i had in mind hehe.
https://harm.cwaboard.co.uk/frames/papermodels.html
Guess he should just be added to the list, not me (i did make a eagle from his site, but yea, not gonna take credit for somebody else's work)

Yes, I know what you mean. But I thought...
I do not know what I was thinking...
Sorry...
anyhow, I have seen the trailer of carmageddon Reincarnation.
It looks really great. Hope to work on the peds though.
That still looks a little weak. The way they died in Carma 1 was great.
from their it only needs a little upgrade and done.
What do you guys thing????
further more, great graphics.

It's not a proper trailer - an early work in progress video because so many people demanded it on kickstarter. The peds will most certainly not be anything like that in the final game. I'd suggest not trying to deflect attention away from your entry btw - it's fun. Not what the competition asks for but still fun. I like it. Maybe try making your own version of that car and stick the blade on top?anyhow, I have seen the trailer of carmageddon Reincarnation.

That would be very cool, but I'm afraid it still has to be a physical model in order to enter the contest :D

Hey Die-Anna! Watch me bang my wood on this cunning stunt!
Wood-en Eagle
Made from Beechnut and Cherry scraps from the workshop. The wheels were liberated for the cause.
Yes, it rolls. It's a bit bigger than a Hot Wheels car.

I'm creating a plushie Eagle Mk.1
It's still a rough model for now made out of cheap foam, and there's still lots of bumps and holes etc., But when I put the layer of (red) cloth over it it looks just fine.
When the foam model is done, I will put slabs of red and grey/black cloth over it, tighten it until it has the right shapes and then add some accessories like the blade, lights window etc.

Thanks ;)
Some updates:
UPDATE #1
Here's a little preview of the Eagle + it's layer of red cloth.
Don't worry about it not having good shapes and stuff, I'm going to seal and tighten the cloth to the foam so it will look much better.
Right now I'm working on the blade and wheels, and looking for materials for the other accessories.
UPDATE #2
The basic layer (red) is done, the picture shows lots of bumps, though in reality it doesn't really show.
I used spray-on glue and as soon as I put the sheet of red on the foam I had to quickly shape it all into place, so I was a rushed job, and you might notice it :P
It's far from ready though, still have to add wheels, blade, misc. accessories (Lights, details etc.) and some bumpers.
Trying to decide wether I should use wheels from some toys I found or make my own 'plushie' wheels.
UPDATE #3
Added some toy wheels, foam window and some lights I made from some tin foil tape. (Tape made out of tin foil :P)
UPDATE #4
FINISHED!
Here's a nice pic of my new 'plushie' Eagle Mk.1 :D
This was alotta fun to make, and I now have some awesome new decoration for my room!
MATERIALS USED:
-Foam
-Cloth (From a sweater/shirt)
-Tin Foil Tape
-Cardboard
-Wheels from a toy
-Marker
