My rust bucket, 1981 Honda Prelude.
Went through a lot of changes since that pic, some bodywork done, new paint, seats and other misc stuff. Will post a better pic once I'm done with the paint and stuff.

Luckily, I have this:

(Ignore the missing hub cap, I have a full set now, though it is sporting the winter rims currently.)

A fine crop of vessels, men! I win the rust thing, as the Lloyd has NO floors. None.

See that? That's the brake master cylinder! It's covered by the driver's floor normally..

Re: Your Ride?
Thanks!
Could be much better, but I still get at it every now and then. There is a lot to do on it, but there are also other things I need to do. Can't keep at it like I want to. I can actualy do the Vandura, since it has less work needed to do what I want to do to it.
Alan: How do you win with rust?!?
Hard to believe some trust it...

I realise I never posted my current beat-up car here. A 2004 Nissan Almera. Scratched all over, bumpers and fenders are riveted etc. Good for the mountains thus

Damn, nice progress Alex
She's looking like a fighter who took a beating but still gets up
Some months ago I bought another beatup car to go further in the moutain roads, a 2002 Citroen Saxo.

I'll get a Renault Clio from the same era next month.

Re: Your Ride?
I recently added a TRUCK! to my fleet.
It is a 1950 GMC 9783 3 ton truck with a tilting box.
Towed it home with my 1989 GMC VANDURA 1500. (Have I ever shown it here before?)

Re: Your Ride?
Truck!
TruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruckTruck,
Ttttttrrrrrruuuuuuckckckck. TRUCK!
Now that is out of the way, the story:
The first truck in the previous post had a good engine, but many other problems, with the worst being a broken brake drum that I couldn't find a replacement for. Then I got this truck in great condition but a seized engine. So, I did an engine swap and parted the other one out.
Now I have my old truck!

Re: Your Ride?
Hello all! I hope everyone old and new is well. I have a small fleet of Lloyds, a terrible over engineered French car and a 61 Bug that needs minor work.

Love the TRUCK Alex!

Re: Your Ride?
Bought my 1.7 non-turbo diesel SEAT Arosa last year, does 70mpg and never breaks, even when I crash it.
I also still have this, which is always broken.
