When I try and update Carmageddon via the Play store, the update downloads, but then when it tries to install, I get a "Insufficient space" error. There is more than enough room both on my device (over 250mb), and on my SD card (6Gb), and I've tried clearing the cache before updating.
Specs are:
Sumvision Cyclone Voyager
Android version 4.1.1
Not rooted
Legally purchased Carmageddon from the Google Play store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

same here, cannot update because of the error after downloading and trying to install - "package file is invalid"
