Any way to get it without having a Google account?

I'd like to play Carmageddon on my Android phone, but I don't want to have to deal with the privacy issues that come with using Google Play. I'd also like to play it on my Kindle fire as well, where there is no access to Google Play. Is there any way around this?

yea buy a ipad / those dont involve google play. I think they operate much out of anything else but what you should be asking those privileges go to stainless or to google, I dont care which but you sound almost like a non- steam user. oh well good luck.
