When is the KS-exclusive Red Eagle DLC supposed to show up? :)

It will be released when the full game is released.

The Kickstarter exclusive Eagle should be available at final release. We'll have more information near then about how you will be able to get your hands on it.

I asked this in the stream yesterday and they said shane's going to sending out instructions to all relevant backers today. I'd imagine it'll be distributed through a humble bundle link though.

One thing I am curious about is whether it'll show up as an opponent in the base game or just be an alternative car for you to pick. I'd guess you could make it be an opponent in carModgeddon.

Instructions for accessing your Kickstarter Exclusive DLC is available in the latest Kickstarter update. Please note that this only applies to Kickstarter Backers who pledged $50 or more.

I gave away one copy of Carmageddon reincarnation to a friend will they be able to claim the Tez Eagle as they received it as a gift from a $50 or more backer as I only had one key will another key be in there Humble Bumble account

Yes, all gifts from Backers who pledged $50 and above will also get the additional Kickstarter Exclusive DLC as well :)
