Re: The next one
funkadelic custom design! I can see those razor blades rotating ingame? The images seem a bit vertically stretched, or are they in isometric projection? The car seems a bit short and high because of this.
Before christmas? That is way too fast

Re: The next one
Ya! I like this. Looks like it'll have spinning blades?
Do you have a finish for it in mind? I can see this as shiny and surgical or rusty and gore splattered.
Hey, I can't help thinking that if you flipped some of the polys along the fender, you'd lose some of the ripple.
But maybe not, maybe just ripple a different way

The rear looks A LOT like a Spyker C8 there.
Wonder how it'll look with its textures

Re: The next one
Hi! okay some answers, Harm,Coffey. Of course those blades will spin, the colour scheme will not be rusty and covered in blood ( sorry but Smachine was enough for me for the moment ) I was thinking maybe camouflage or racing style with sponsors or maybe matt black with racing stripes (we will see) but it won't be env mapped.
I am still playing around with it so the front might change a little around the arches, the pictures do make it look squashed, but it will be wide and lowish.
P.S good to see you back Coffey

Re: The next one
Hi! firstly Hi Tosh. It is not based on anything I know of, it was just rolling around in my head (bloody painful).
Since last night I came up with another idea, and here it is.
I call it the Enforcer1 and thought I'd make It into type of police car as well as having two cages on the back, one will include a prisoner and it will have lots of detachables.
Oh! the prisoner at the back is kneeling, his legs have not been cut off (yet).
Bye for now

Hi, Thanks: And here is how the front is going. I might lose the stripes on the roof as it makes it look like a recovery vehicle.

Re: The next one
Now that's some serious law inforcement.
I guess you want a clean look for the skin but what about a few structure details like rivets and dents here and there?

Hi! At the moment I'm just getting everything in place and then I might give it a used feel, but there again maybe someone might like to do a skin for it once it is released
Oh! and the blood coming out of the exhaust is a great idea! maybe for the next project

Re: The next one
I really like this one. That prisoner is very lucky, it´s the safest place for pedestrian.

The prisoner in back sorta reminds me of my Paddy Wagon

Re: The next one
Aha! But my prisoner has his trousers on Which of course we cannot tell by my latest pics.
So when I (finally) release this,I will supply it with 2 skins. A shinny new skin (well not shinny really, but you know what I mean)and this one which still needs a little work

Re: The next one
This skin looks awesome!
I'm not a fan of bright colors like the first one so I love this version, great work with that dust.

Re: The next one
Ya, that is looking nice. I could see pulling the saturation back even a little more to tone it down.
Hey Pip, the blades in front don't look attached to car to me. The support arms coming off the bumper don't look like they align with the center of the blade? Maybe buzzsaw blade texture needs something in center to indicate where the spindle would be? Sorry, being super picky. You can tell me to STFU now.

Re: The next one
Hey Pip, that's probably one of your best add-ons here :)
Nice lot of grooves and detachables (even the driver?!). Also I think this is your creation with the most solid concept and it is well adapted to Carmageddon.
Cockpit camera is great as well. Just too bad you forgot the firepoints, the engine damage makes the right door burn.
