Easiest way to unlock all levels?

I downloaded the super save, but it didn't allow me to replay the earlier levels. Is it possible to unlock all levels without playing through them first? I just want to drive down the ski slope like a nutter!

The KEVWOZEAR cheat, type that in the Race menu (where there's options, starting the race, changing car, yadda yadda yadda) without any caps or Shift.

If you did it right, you'll hear some kind of click (much like the skidding when IWANTTOFIDDLE was typed in correctly)

For Carmageddon II, you just type SMARTBASTARD in a race. For every race.

It wasn't an accident Espyo, the topic name made me think of CARMA 1 because it had no mention of the second game along with CARMA 1 being the first thing that came to my mind
