Posture definitely taken from left photo, facial details and expression probably from the middle one, imho:

- Same mouth, just take a close look to the middle photo and the mugshot and compare them.

- Working eye (the left one) of Mother is taken from the mirrored right eye of the middle photo.

- Nose in the mugshot looks like the one in the middle photo maybe just a bit stretched

or a bit nearer to the mouth.

- Overall face in the mugshot looks like the one of the middle photo properly modified

to resemble an old lady and to hide original photo details.
