Carmageddon 1 Windows 95

Hi guys, i have question:

where i can get Carmageddon files for Windows 95, because i want to run this game on simulation on Windows 95.

I have original version on Steam.

Unfortunately, that is currently only supplied with the GOG version of Carma.

U mean GoG version of the game, or is a patch to use with Windows 95 ?

Coz last time I downloaded GoG version and inside I have seen dosbox like in steam version.

GOG supplied a Win95 patch for their release of C1.

The Steam release is identical to the GOG release but the patch doesn't work.

You can however download the meldpack and copy/paste the needed files.

Another reason why GOG.com definitely beats Steam, the former doesn't have irrational concern about not being able to play DOS games natively through Windows executables... Then there's Fallout 2 which supplies the US version (again, includes children) but Bethesda's too paranoid to even keep them, not that the publishers would be sentenced to prison for including mortal kids in a videogame.

From what I read from twitter they haven't yet discarded plans to release Carm95 on Steam, god knows when they are gonna do it tho

I have Carmageddon and it works on Windows 98. But I don't remember where I got it, so it probably wouldn't help you. Lol.
