With CarMODgeddon and Steam, I don't know why since the release of Reincarnation they do not use Steam Workshop for managing and downloading mods, cars, etc...

Thanks Trent for the answer. I hope in the future Stainless add additional options such as fov, blood colour sliders, no autorespawn etc, so we don't have to fiddle with the core files.

It is a fun feature, but wheel detaching occur way too frequently. Because of that it loose it's fun. It should be hard to remove a wheel from a car. It should work, I looked at it, the structure of the file is the same. It seems they did not changed it on the last update, you still can be wrecked by a low velocity hit.

How long have you waited? The first launch of the day, the game will take a long time to load. The splashscreen is shown for several seconds, almost a minute, then the game finally load and take you to the main menu.

I tried the update for a couple of hours, the game already ran good on my system, now it run better. Car shaders seems to be better, the Eagle looks gorgeous.
