Im wondering if you can combine components in CarED? If not, is there a program that lets you combime components?

ive got a problem with downloading cars off Driven To Destruction, all the cars hosted on tb.polygonized.com i cant download. It asks me for a user name and password (im using download accelerator) and if i dont use download accelerator it just gives me a 403 Forbidden error page. Can ne 1 help me o...
