You need to use the asc exporter in Cared to export them as .asc files then import them into 3d stdio max.

Don't use the car installer just do it manually its a lot easier.

I just got carma 2 back from my friend and i was playing and i drove into a crub and it wasted me. Carma 2 can only be played on LAN which is a bit of a bugger.

try going throght the car and make totally sure that you have grouped all the parts right and all the textures are the right size and resolution.
