That's so bizarre... AFAIK, Carmageddon 2 and Windows 10 don't get along well, so that could be why. Does this always happen? It also looks like you're at the start of the game, but already facing off against Mother Trucker. Is this the vanilla game, or did you apply any mods?

It is a pretty harmless bug, but in order to try to get the game as glitch-free as possible, you should submit ths to the Helpdesk. Try to include some of the images you took here as well!

I'm guessing you checked already and are sure that this is on the center of the car, but can you please move the camera around to make sure this isn't actually on a fixed location on the screen? Oh, and of course, like Wasp said, please submit the problem to the Helpdesk!

It's far too early to say. Stainless will probably release the PC version first, then port to Linux, and only then consider adding DLC. Patches might be added as they're needed, though.
