Slow Rider

Post by Mad_Maxine »

Driving fast realy all that?

Ok someone fill me in what causes these acts of insanity? I have a decent car for the first time in my life, thats saving, and anyway i realy dont like being put at risk by acts of random stupidity, being cut up by an underpowerd civic, or overtaken by a supra doing over 90 on a road with traffic,

But the worst? rice, driving through the night, the horror, the sight of neon glow a gang of cars that seam to just toy around with everything people with nothing better to do than drive around in the dead of night pissing off decent drivers..

And couple of nights ago allmost got wiped out by a car with No ligths on!, seriusly this is not a cuty, there are No streetlamps out of town,

Someone. realy what do we do against this, or atleast how to cope? gee, hope this dont make me sound old, just had to get that out,

When I talk to cars, it's usually yelling and cursing at them, esp when working on them.

GM made the injectors out of DIE CAST... that crap is so fragile, much anger, tighten, snap..FUUUCK

Anyways, yeah thats more or less what I gather they're there for. See In toronto we don't have barely any mosquitos because of the pollution/lack of stagnant water, but we have an abundance of ricers... Its ike nature is ballencing out or something.

Just more pure idiocy IMHO. But, every generaion has their own idea of customizing. So, I try not to be too hard on them. But, when their driving put's others in danger, I get pretty pissed off!!!

Its for all that downforce on the dead axle. You know for maximum stability racing a car with a top speed of 85mph.

Sorry if I offended you. It wasn't meant that way...

Besides, there are exceptions to every rule. I guess you're just not like most other's in your age group.

Hell, I'm pretty old for this community (36). But, I do like custom vehicles of all types. The only modern aspect's of customizing I despise are; Huge wings/spoilers, Spinners, Rubberband thick tires & the obnoxiously loud sound systems. Which is, unfortunately what most "Ricers" consider as standard custom features for a car nowadays...

Not to forget the Lexus lights & fart cannon exhaust pipes (they're popular around this part of the world unfortunately). I always had an idea of filling those fart cannons with cement! No more noise then.

As for the above pictures;

Whoever made that lowrider should be shot.

The Supra, never really liked Japanese cars + it's a bit of flashy for me.

And that hideous thing in the bottom picture, it looks like a Ford Escort. Poor car, it didn't deserve that.

I agree with you on every one of those. But, I still think the wing on the back of the Supra is crappy looking... Something lower that curves with the lines of the car would have looked better.

ehh, damned ricers. They roll around here. I know a few of em, they're real asshats. These are they same guys who break into the local junkyards to smash car windows and steal rims. They're the reason why I cant get out and look for parts for my projects. Fuckers. The guys I roll with are all Offroaders, so we could pretty much run over honda or geo or izuzu that gets in our path. I'll admit it tho, I'm running a geo storm gas tank in my 69 chevy right now... it was free, so i shouldnt talk, but any of that jap crap will never have a spot in my driveway. Nothing pre 1980 for me.

I'll assume you meant POST 1980?!

Personally, There's tons of Japanese cars from up until the early 90's that I like (when they're stock anyway).

It's what most morons on THIS SIDE of the globe do to them, and their attitudes, that make me sick.

Heheh. I must be the fuckin' Crypt Keeper then.... (42).

The YoMo RiceCapades have been goin' on for so long here that cars are showing up in junkyards with carbon-fiber hoods on them.
