I don't know if it might be a problem, but the wheel diametre is usuale 2x the y-position of the wheel. (Logically, i think)

You need the unpacked versions. In newc.twt are the textures and in newcityx.twt the tracks. But i don't know how to make c2 use the textures from newc folder. Just unpacking them won't work as far as i know. The unpacked versions are on errols site

Hey, that's a great idea, although the flames from Ravage where nice enough to me. The other ones needed updating. The water splash should be changed, too, i think.
