FYI there is at least one other Himachi network for carmageddon.

There is one called "carmageddon tdr 2000"

It has a password I'm not sure I'm authorized to give out.

Well, I finally got XP and TDR works fine now in compatibility mode.

I never got TDR to work again after I installed the new hardware.

I tried all the suggestions even installed a compatibility mode utility but it didn't help.

Maybe I just need to get winxp or later; I'm still using win2k.

I think it was designed to be very arcade like.

Probably the only way to change it would be to edit the mass and other data for each car.

My guess is the bike's collision mesh is missing or messed up.
